Wähle nun aus, wie viele Personen an deinem Gruppentermin teilnehmen können. Wenn du es deinen Kunden erlaubst, jemand mitzunehmen, dann erfährst du das auch. Im Buchungsprozess wird der Kunde automatisch gefragt, ob Gäste mitgenommen werden oder nicht. Wenn du diese Funktion nicht erlaubst, wird der Kunde auch nicht danach gefragt.

Die Warteliste ist eine besondere Funktion. Sie erlaubt es Kunden sich darauf einzutragen, wenn der Gruppentermin ausgebucht ist. Dem Kunden wird klar kommuniziert, dass es sich um einen Wartelistenplatz und nicht einen definitiven Platz handelt. Praktisch ist, dass wenn jemand von der definitiven Liste den Termin storniert, rutscht automatisch der oberste Kunde auf der Warteliste nach und wird benachrichtigt. Du musst nichts dafür tun. The waiting list is a special function. It allows customers to sign up for it when the group appointment is fully booked. The customer is informed that this is a waiting list place and not a definitive place.
