Buchungsfragen sind auch bei einem Gruppentermin praktisch. Wenn du einen neuen Gruppentermin erstellst, sind keine Buchungsfragen aktiviert. Ausgenommen davon sind Fragen, welche für Gruppentermine bei der Erstellung aktiviert wurden. 

Dir werden alle erfassten Buchungsfragen aufgelistet, die du nun durch Ziehen in die Spalte der "aktivierten Buchungsfragen" ziehen kannst. Wenn du alle Fragen aktivieren möchtest, dann klicke einfach auf die Schaltfläche oben ("Alle aktivieren").

Damit du für eine neue Buchungsfrage nicht die Schritt für Schritt Einrichtung verlassen musst, kannst du diese gleich hier neu erstellen. Das Vorgehen ist dasselbe, wie bei einer normalen Buchungsfrage. Klicke auf "+", um eine neue Buchungsfrage hinzuzufügen. Hier erfährst du, was bei der Erstellung von Buchungsfragen wichtig ist.

Die neue Buchungsfrage wird dir anschliessend in der Liste der möglichen Buchungsfragen angezeigt und kann ebenfalls in die andere Spalte gezogen werden. 

Übrigens kannst du deine Buchungsfragen nach belieben anordnen. Schiebe die Kästchen einfach in die richtige Reihenfolge. 

Klicke auf "Weiter", um die Einrichtung zu beenden.

Booking questions are also practical for a group appointment. When you create a new group appointment, no booking questions are activated. Exceptions are questions that were activated for all group appointments when they were created. 

You will get a list of all entered booking questions, which you can now drag and drop into the column of "Booking questions activated for this event". If you want to activate all questions, just click on the button above ("Enable all").

To avoid having to leave the step-by-step setup for a new booking question, you can create it right here. The procedure is the same as for a normal booking question. Click on "+" to add a new booking question. Here you will learn what is important when creating booking questions.

The new booking question will then appear in the list of possible booking questions and can also be dragged to the other column. 

By the way, you can arrange your booking questions in any order you like. Just move the boxes in the right order. 

Click on "Next" to finish the setup.
